Grimmwood - A Dark Pantomime
In a world where love bites — literally — Grimmwood reimagines traditional English pantomime with a twisted tale of lust, fangs, and offbeat humour, a darkly whimsical rock-opera that is definatly not your nana’s panto.
Grimmwood is a fang-tastic coming-of-age adventure where love blooms in the strangest places. An unlikely hero must defy his cursed fate, find a maiden, and uncover a shadowy underground cabal — all before the clock strikes midnight!
Grimmwood is pantomime with teeth!
A Kingdom of Glass
A Kingdom of Glass is a soaring theatrical dramedy about shattered dreams, second chances, and the unexpected beauty found in broken things.
When a beloved Broadway show is suddenly shut down, its cast and crew are left adrift—until a wild proposal to revive the production in a rural town sparks a journey of reinvention. As egos clash and illusions crack, this ragtag troupe discovers that true magic doesn’t live in chandeliers or velvet curtains, but in the hearts of those brave enough to keep performing.
Bold, heartfelt, and laced with sharp humour, A Kingdom of Glass is a celebration of theatre, resilience, and the fragile brilliance of starting over.
The Curse Sonata
In a dark city of the future, sixteen-year-old Emily uncovers a haunting legacy hidden inside her family’s most prized possession: an ancient violin etched with a strange symbol and cursed with a secret no one dares speak.
When a forgotten melody brings the instrument—and its ghostly inhabitant—back to life, Emily finds herself bound to Victor, a mysterious spirit with ties to her past and powers she doesn’t fully understand. As music becomes her weapon and guide, Emily is thrust into a race against time to unlock the truth, protect the people she loves, and face a darkness that’s been waiting for her all along.
The Curse Sonata is a moody, pulse-pounding journey of music, memory, and the hidden strength inside us all.
The Night Witch
Amid the smoke and steel of war-torn Russia, a disgraced fighter ace is given one final mission: ensure the failure of a daring all-women bomber regiment before it embarrasses the Motherland. But when Alexi Volkov meets Major Marina Raskova—a celebrated opera singer turned fierce commander—his orders begin to unravel.
What starts as sabotage becomes obsession, as he’s drawn into the firestorm of war, loyalty, and a love he never saw coming. With every midnight flight, the Night Witches prove they’re more than propaganda—they’re unstoppable. The Night Witch is a raw and sweeping tale of defiance, desire, and the thin line between duty and destiny.
The Night Witch is a contemporary reimagining of one of World War II’s most extraordinary true stories.
Join us OnStage

What is OSP?
OnStage Productions (OSP) is a dynamic creative company specializing in original musical theatre writing and composition. We craft compelling rock operas, dramedies, pantomimes, and musical dramas—blending powerful storytelling with memorable music designed to captivate audiences. Our mission is to bring fresh, bold, and entertaining stage productions to life, with a focus on originality and emotional impact.
Do you produce shows for stage?
Yes — we’re actively working toward producing a series of original musical theatre productions for the stage. While we are currently focused on writing and composing, our clear goal is to bring these stories and scores to life in live performances. We are building the foundation and preparing to launch full productions that will engage audiences with fresh, exciting theatrical experiences.
How do you propose funding these shows?
This website serves as a dynamic portfolio showcasing our works in progress and the creative vision behind each project. It’s designed to connect with funding groups, investors, and individual supporters interested in partnering with us. Each show’s profile page includes a detailed development status and clearly outlines the types of investment and support we are seeking. Through transparency and collaboration, we aim to build strong relationships that bring these productions from concept to stage.
Why invest in OnStage Productions?
Investing in OSP means supporting original works from concept through to full-scale production. As a growing creative company, we’re building more than just shows; we’re developing a catalogue of distinctive musical theatre and a loyal future audience. Your support helps bring new ideas to life and helps make bold, original theatre possible.
What kinds of support are you looking for?
While funding helps move things forward, we’re just as eager to connect with people who share a love for musical theatre and want to be part of something creative and meaningful. That includes mentors with industry experience, partnerships with writers, composers, musicians, and creatives, as well as venue operators and production collaborators. If you’re passionate about original theatre and want to get involved, we’d love to hear from you.
Do you offer commissioned work?
While our primary focus is on developing and producing a catelog of original shows that reflect our unique writing and musical style, we remain open to commission opportunities that align with our creative vision. If you have a project that fits our artistic direction, we’d be happy to explore potential collaborations.
