EASYChoice Wedding Videos

We understand how stressful and busy weddings can be for you and your family, organizing technical equipment is often confusing and expensive.  OSP offer our brand new EASYChoice wedding video service that is unlike most you will find.  We not only offer the best quality High Definition digital cameras, experienced operators and professional results - and we do everything at a flat rate.  There are no hidden expenses or fees, we just look after you from the first phone call to the final delivery of your DVD.

When you book our Wedding Package, you have our operator available with camera ALL DAY.  From first thing in the morning we can capture any elements you would like, from the groom shaving to the bride having her hair done...we will go with the flow.  We make sure the classic shots are captured, plus any golden moments the pop up.  We don't charge extra for speeches, first dance, bride & groom departures...its all included in the one price.  We are very flexible and will work in with what ever you need.  Clients are invited to meet at our studio to discuss specific requirements, pacing or shots required.

Editing is done in our high quality recording studio to a broadcast level, then printed and packaged in attractive DVD cases for you. All packages include multiple copies of your DVD so you don't even have to worry about that.

Package 1: Single Cameraman option  ($1795 +GST)

One camera operator with HD Digital Sony EX1 camera on-site from required time until bride and groom departure.  Editing of footage with custom music backing, attractive DVD graphics and jewel case design with final presentation up to 1 hour in length total.  20 DVD copies delivered to you.

Package 2: Double Cameramen option ($2795 +GST)

As with our single cameraman option, but a second operator with HD Digital Sony EX1 camera.  This option allows us greater opportunity to work together to capture better angles and approaches.  We also include our amazing Steadicam system on one of the cameras that is mobile.  This creates remarkably smooth action footage, much like the units they use on big budget Hollywood movies.

Package limitations:

Please be aware that not all footage captured on the day can be printed to DVD due to capacity limitations of the DVD disc.  During editing we make judgment calls on the best footage to use to tell the story best, plus often we include still shots if required.  Backing music is used from our catalog, though you may choose custom music to use but a small fee may be incurred from APRA for a license (this is our of our hands sorry).

We generally do not allow clients to sit in on editing sessions, but a preview viewing is offered before we render the final disc for you.  Please note if you are unhappy with the final edit we can re-edit to suit your requirements, but this will incur a hourly rate charge.

OSP print DVD's on our computer system using industrial standard authoring programs with generally produce excellent results, however it is possible your DVD might not play on all DVD machines.  This is due to the nature of professional and consumer level incompatibilities.  We recommend Stebbings Recording to produces glass masters of your DVD disc from pressing with insures much higher results, but you will be required to make minimum amounts of discs (about 50) and there is an extra charge.
